添加剂在镁合金微弧氧化中的研究进展
          
Research Progress of Additives in Micro-arc Oxidation of Magnesium Alloys

摘    要
介绍了近年来镁合金微弧氧化添加剂的研究进展。以添加剂在电解液中的存在状态将其分为阳离子型添加剂,阴离子型添加剂以及非离子型添加剂。分析了不同种类添加剂在微弧氧化过程中的作用机理及其对镁合金微弧氧化性能的影响。以期为提高镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜性能提供参考。

Abstract
This paper covers the current situation and research progress of additives appled to micro-arc oxidation of magnesium alloys in recent years. According to the existing state of additives in the electrolyte, they are divided into cationic additives, anionic additives and non-ionic additives. The action mechanism of the additives during the micro-arc oxidation process was analyzed, and the effects of different kinds of additives on the properties of oxidation films were summarized. The development prospect of the additives appled to micro-arc oxidation was mentioned. It is expected to provide reference for researchers to improve the properties of micro-arc oxidation films.
